On Friday, Feb. 7, former Union County High School standout AnnaLea Adams’ current college team, the Auburn Tigers, won 8-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the North Carolina Tar Heels.

The game took place at Jane B. Moore Field. This was their first matchup against the Tar Heels this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 10 a.m. at Jane B. Moore Field against Appalachian State Mountaineers.
