Saturday, April 12: Bellmont Senior High School standout Austin Christner’s college team loses to Transylvania Pioneers

On Saturday, April 12, former Bellmont Senior High School standout Austin Christner’s current college team, the Franklin Grizzlies, lost 8-6 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Transylvania Pioneers.

The game took place at John P. McDowell Field. This was their second matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Grizzlies’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m. at Art Nehf Field against Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers.
