Saturday, April 5: New Castle High School standout Nic Besecker’s college team wins to Quincy Hawks

On Saturday, April 5, former New Castle High School standout Nic Besecker’s current college team, the Indianapolis Greyhounds, won 8-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Quincy Hawks.

The game took place at QU Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Hawks this season.

The Greyhounds’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 12 p.m. at QU Stadium against Quincy Hawks.
