Wednesday, March 19: Union County High School standout Sophia Knock’s college team loses to Virginia Tech Hokies

On Wednesday, March 19, former Union County High School standout Sophia Knock’s current college team, the Longwood Lancers, lost 7-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Virginia Tech Hokies.

The game took place at Tech Softball Park. This was their second matchup against the Hokies this season.

The Lancers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 26 at 5 p.m. at Kamphuis Field at Liberty Softball Stadium against Liberty Lady Flames.
