Bright scores 21 at Anderson
The Earlham College women's basketball team fell 83-44 at Anderson University on Saturday afternoon in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference action.
Jay Bright led the Quakers with 21 points, five rebounds, and four assists. This is the first time the sophomore has gone over 20 points since scoring 30 at Defiance last season (2/15/22). Bright went 8-for-11 on field goals, and added a 3-pointer in the first quarter. Willow Runyon led Earlham in the paint with seven rebounds and three steals.
EC will be back in action in one week for senior day against Hanover College. Three seniors will be honored prior to tip-off, which is scheduled for 3 pm.
