Men's Basketball: Bethel at IU East Preview
The Indiana University East men's basketball team finishes the 2022 portion of its schedule as the Red Wolves entertain Bethel University on Friday, Dec. 30.
The non-conference contest on Lingle Court gets underway at 3 p.m.
IU East is 8-7 as the Red Wolves look to bounce back from a 92-79 loss at home to Indiana Wesleyan University on Dec. 20.
Bethel is 11-3 overall after an 88-81 victory over No. 10 Florida College on Dec. 17.

* IU East leads 3-1 in the all-time series with Bethel. The Red Wolves won the most recent contest with an 83-81 victory over the Pilots in the 2019 NAIA National Tournament.
* Colt Meyer leads IU East this season with 17.7 points a game. Meyer had 29 points against IWU.
* The Red Wolves are 3-3 in the River States Conference, while Bethel is 3-2 in the Crossroads League.
* Drew Lutz tops the Pilots in scoring at 23.6 PPG. Lutz scored 25 points against Florida College with nine assists and seven rebounds.
