MBB falls to DePauw

The Earlham College men's basketball team led early on before falling to DePauw University on Tuesday evening in Druley Performance Gym.

Tommy Makabu had the best performance for the Quakers with a team high in points(19), rebounds(6), and 3-point percentage(50%). Anthony Phillips reached double digits with 16 points, five rebounds, and four steals.

Earlham struggled to contain the Tigers' long distance attack as DePauw went 9-for-22 from 3-point range. As a team, the Quakers recorded nine steals, and tallied 19 points off of turnovers.

The Quakers will be back in action on November 30 at Wabash University. Tip-off is slated for 7 pm in Crawfordsville.
