Miller Named Rsc Golfer Of The Week
Jake Miller shot rounds of 69 and 68 to earn River States Conference Men's Golfer of the Week, the conference announced Tuesday.
Miller, a junior from Richmond, Ind., won the IU East Invitational with that effort. After opening up with a score of 3-under, he went even lower at 4-under for the final round. That gave him a four-shot victory in a field of 50 golfers. Miller helped the team finish second of nine teams in the IU East Invite last week.
