With the close of the 2021-22 school year, the Earlham College athletic department clocked in with a final average GPA of 3.25 among all athletes in the spring semester.
The Quakers posted a total of 64 academic All-HCAC performances in the school year (22 spring, 10 winter, and 32 fall), and 13 field hockey players placed on the NCAC Honor Roll.
The field hockey team led the department with its 13 players on the conference academic listing. Baseball and men's soccer tied for second place with nine athletes each representing. To place on an all-conference academic team, an athlete must be at least a sophomore and have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher at the last completed semester during the sport season.
The Quakers will return to the classrooms in August with the start of the fall semester and the slate of fall sports at Earlham College.
