The Earlham College men's lacrosse team fell to Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference leaders, Hanover College 19-2 on Senior Day in Darrell Beane Stadium.
The Quakers fell to 2-12 (0-2 HCLC) while the Panthers improved to 9-4 (2-0 HCLC).
Jacob Bandfield and Elijah Gamber netted the two goals for Earlham.
Donnovan Shea led the defense with four caused turnovers and eight ground balls.
Emmitt Shaughnessy collected nine saves in the cage.
The Quakers were outshot 52-32 and trailed 40-31 in ground balls. The Panthers won the faceoff battle 17-8.
The two seniors on the team, Logan Reihing and Kevin Ventura, were honored before the start of the contest for their contributions to the program.
The Quakers will conclude their season at Mount St. Joseph on Saturday at 1 pm.
