Indiana University-East recently issued the following announcement.
The Indiana University East women's golf team competes this weekend at the Heritage Hill Collegiate at Heritage Hill Golf Club in Shepherdsville, Ky.
Play begins at 11 a.m. on March 26.
The event's final day, March 27, will utilize a shotgun start at 9 a.m.

YOU OUGHT TO KNOW
* This is the second event of the spring season for the IU East women's golf team. The Red Wolves finished second - behind only No. 3 Dalton State University - at the Lawrence Tech Spring Break Invitational in Opelika, Ala., earlier this month. The Red Wolves posted a 36-hole team score of 685.
* Jo Wisecup led IU East at Opelika with a 36-hole score of 156, good for third place. Wisecup was named River States Conference Women's Golfer of the Week for her efforts.
* IU East is playing in the Heritage Hill event for the second year in a row. The Red Wolves finished fifth at the 2021 event with a 36-hole score of 681.
