Indiana University-East recently issued the following announcement.
The IU East tennis teams dropped a pair of matches to nationally-ranked Lindsey Wilson College on March 17.
With both teams ranked 10th in the nation, Lindsey Wilson posted scores of 7-0 over the Red Wolves.
The IU East men are 3-8, while the women's team is now 2-7.
Linda Marino and Camila Caballero won 7-6 for the Red Wolves at No. 2 doubles.
Marino also took a singles set off of Lindsey Wilson's No. 32-ranked No. 1 singles player.
This Friday's match for the Red Wolves against Cumberland University (Tenn.) has been canceled due to the pending weather forecast.
IU East returns to action at River States Conference foe Ohio Christian University on March 25.
