Union Savings and Loan Announces Promotions

Fayette County Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

Union Savings and Loan Association is pleased to announce promotions of some of their key lending personnel.

Ryan Lathery has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer. Ryan has many years’ experience in banking and lending. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from IU East and also holds a Technical Certificate in Accounting from Ivy Tech. He and his wife Arika have 4 children and reside in Union County. Ryan is active in the community, volunteering for the Whitewater Valley United Way, the Union County Youth League, and the Union County schools as a coach and volunteer. Ryan’s office has moved to USLA’s downtown location at 730 Central Ave.

Cassie Combs has been promoted to 30th Street Branch Manager and Mortgage and Consumer Lender. Cassie has had a lengthy career in banking, holding various positions from teller to Vice President. Cassie lives in Fayette County with her husband, David, and has two children. She previously served on the board of directors for the Fayette County Chamber and currently serves as a Chamber Diplomat.   

Dylan Graham has been promoted to Credit Analyst. He graduated magna cum laude from Franklin College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in quantitative analysis and applied mathematics with a minor in computer science. Dylan recently completed his first year with the Association and will be working out of the 30th Street Branch. In his spare time, Dylan enjoys volunteering for the Connersville Spartans Basketball Team. 

Cole Ging has been promoted to Ag/Commercial Lender. Cole has many years’ experience in banking and lending, handling commercial and farm loans, home mortgages, home equity lines of credit, refinances, and construction loans. Cole lives in Falmouth with his wife, Chelsea, and their two children. He will be working out of the Rushville office.

Jeanette Hensley has been promoted to Consumer Lender/Underwriter. Jeanette has two decades of banking experience, spending 10 of those years at USLA. She has a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Business Administration with a minor in economics. Jeanette loves working for a small-town bank and enjoys supporting local youth sporting events. 

“Each of these individuals has been an outstanding employee and a great team member with Union Savings and Loan,” said USLA President Amanda Back. “We look forward to seeing them grow in their new positions with the bank, further helping to serve our customers and the community.”

Founded in 1892, Union Savings and Loan provides community banking for Eastern Indiana with locations in Connersville, Rushville, and Greenfield.
