Red Wolves Earn Rsc Honors

Addie Brown, Kennedy Griffin, and Davina Smith were announced as RSC All-Team members on Monday.

Brown earned First-Team, Griffin was Second-Team, and Smith was named an honorable mention.

Brown was just the second women's basketball player to reach and surpass the 2,000 career point total for the Red Wolves. She finished her career with 2,007 points, scoring 20 points in her final game. Addie has been named to an RSC Team every year as a Red Wolf. She earned RSC Player of the week once this season.

Griffin averaged 15.5 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game to earn her a spot on the RSC Second Team for the second year in a row. She saved her best game of the season in the opening round of the RSC Tournament. She scored 30 points with three rebounds and three assists in the OT win over Ohio Christian.

In her freshman season, Smith was named honorable mention. She averaged 10.3 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. She also shot 52.1 percent from the floor. She scored a season-high 25 points with eight rebounds against IU Southeast.
